Crime Statistics for South Salt Lake Utah in 2005
The population of South Salt Lake Utah in 2005 was approximately 22235 people. Of the offenses known to law enforcement officers in 2005, 195 were violent crimes and 2197 were property crimes. Violent crimes in 2005 included 1 case of murder and nonnegligent manslaughter, 44 cases of forcible rape, 38
cases of robbery and 112 cases of aggravated assault. Property crimes in 2005 included 284 cases of burglary, 1559 cases of larceny or theft and 354 cases of
motor vehicle theft.
